For those who may be new to learning about Building Twentyone, we are an after school teen center – providing a safe space for 6th-12th grade students to come hangout after school. We believe that it is important in any phase of life to have a community that will support you and champion you on, especially in the formative adolescent years. We exist to be a support system, a place of solitude and joy, a place of encouraging students academically, and a place where we instill passion, purpose, and hope.

We do all of this through building staff to student relationships daily. We also accomplish this by providing core enrichment programs where students are able to interact with each other, interact with their facilitator, and learn a new hobby or skill. We are continually seeking out local businesses and professionals to partner with, so we will also be adding new programs throughout the semester. We provide homework help for any student who may need it on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s as we believe any student is capable of achieving their academic goals. We also provide once a month events that take place on the second Friday of each month called Friday Night Live. These events are a great way to kick off the weekend with your friends.
